At RCTECH Solutions Inc., he leads a fast‑growing consulting firm focused on enterprise metadata automation, AI integration and Informatica IDMC solutions. Raja has served in leadership roles at TCS, Carnival and Informatica and has delivered tangible business outcomes including reducing regulatory risk by automating metadata lineage, cutting master data onboarding time by 50 % and enabling predictive insights for airline loyalty programs. He is a graduate of the UC Berkeley Executive Program in Digital Transformation and AI and is committed to building AI‑powered, compliant data ecosystems that accelerate business value.

Yaminikumari Manoharan oversees program coordination for the 340B ACE initiative and serves as President of RCTECH Solutions Inc. Based in Fort Lauderdale, she works with Empower U Community Center to ensure compliance with U.S. 340B program requirements while advancing data governance initiatives across the healthcare sector.
